From the islands to Henderson St.
Aloha Shack Boba started with a simple idea: bring the food and drinks we grew up loving โ and share them with the place we now call home.

We're a small, family-run food truck parked at 1621 W Henderson St in Cleburne, Texas. We slow-cook our kalua pork, glaze our garlic chicken to order, hand-cut our poke, and shake every boba in the cup so the pearls land just right.
What started as a craving for the food we missed turned into something much bigger โ a place where our neighbors could grab a real Hawaiian plate lunch, a creamy coconut milk tea, or a fried musubi on the way home.
We're proud to be one of the most-loved spots in town โ โ 4.7 on Google across 47 reviews and counting. Every star is a neighbor who pulled up to the window. That means everything to us.
Mahalo for the love. Come hungry.

Three things, every day.
Made with Aloha
Every plate, every drink, every interaction โ done with the warmth we grew up with on the islands.
Fresh, Always
We prep daily. Poke is cut to order. Boba is shaken when you order it. Nothing sits.
Built for the Community
We feed our neighbors โ solo lunch breaks, big family pickups, college students after class.
